Paul Deville serves as Vice President of Operations and senior leadership team member at Signal Peak Silica, LLC, with over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and mining operations. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management Systems from Louisiana State University, he began his career in 1997 at American Iron Reduction, advancing from Laboratory Technician to Shift Supervisor. Paul excelled at Cabot Corporation, earning the Samuel W. Bodman Award twice, and at Shale Support Services, where he led operations to secure the National Mining Association’s Sentinels of Safety Award in 2015 and 2018. Previously, he transformed Signal Peak Silica’s Atascosa facility and Orion Engineered Carbons’ Orange, Texas site into top performers. A published author in E&P Magazine (January 2017) on proppant efficiency, Paul was also named 2018 Volunteer of the Year for the Special Operations Wounded Warrior Organization. His leadership drives innovation, safety, and sustainable growth at Signal Peak Silica.
